I was at the Light and Land exhibition in London recently and it got me all inspired as you can't beat seen your work printed large and mounted on a wall.
Plus putting into competition where you can not only show your photography skills but also how you interpret the image in print which is part of what you are being judged on.
I use a Epson ET-8550 Eco tank printer which was a replacement for a Canon which I could not afford to run. The print layout app is just great and quality of the prints are excellent. The genuine inks are reasonably priced which I get from the Cartridge people, so all in all I can highly recommend it.
Papers I have been using paper spectrum which is where I get my cut mounts and backing boards but I am also experimenting with Permajet, Canson, Fotospeed & Barita papers so that should keep me busy over the winter months
